Another industrial logistics warehousing project ----Jiaxing Kaijia Warehousing Co., Ltd. was successfully set up in Jiaxing Economic Development Zone recently. This project has total investment of 49.99 million USD and registered capital of 37.50 million USD and covers about 17-hectare land. It is the second industrial warehousing project wholly-owned by foreign investor that is set up in Jiaxing Economic Development Zone after Jiaxing Jinmin Warehousing Co., Ltd.

In recent years, to meet enterprises’ demands for reducing costs, more and more Chinese and foreign companies outsource logistics services from other enterprises, which brings important opportunities to the third party logistics companies. Jiaxing Economic Development Zone is making great efforts to develop modern logistics and build a modern international logistics park by making full use of its good geographical location, complete infrastructure, mature industrial foundations and high-quality labor force resource.

Jiaxing Kaijia Warehousing Co., Ltd. is established jointly by Capitaland (China) Investment Co., Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary under Singapore Capitaland Ltd and Australian Properties Group. Capitaland Ltd is a subsidiary wholly-owned by Temasek Holdings, the largest state-owned company in Singapore and is a property company that has the highest market value in Southeast Asia. Capitaland (China) Investment Co., Ltd is a subsidiary wholly-owned by Singapore Capitaland Ltd in China and is always making efforts to carry out investment, development and management of high-quality residential houses and commercial buildings. Australian Properties Group is a major multi-business group in Australia, with its businesses distributed across Australia, including residential houses, commercial buildings, industrial buildings and property management and other property fields. It has experience of nearly 80 years in industrial logistics warehouse developing.

Jiaxing Kaijia Warehousing Co., Ltd. plans to build goods distribution center, warehousing shops and logistics transshipment base of 100,000 square meters. All the buildings will be tailored to the customer’s requirements. After completion of these buildings, they will be leased to TNT, BMW, Toyota, Amazon and other international companies. This project will become a marking project in Jiaxing Economic Development Zone and it will also push forward development of the industries in Jiaxing and lay a good foundation for Jiaxing Economic Development Zone to become an international logistics park.
